Griff Davenport, FAIA, is DLR Group’s chief executive officer. He leads the firm’s executive leadership team, is a chair of the Board of Directors, and collaborates with senior leadership to craft the firm's business strategy and elevate DLR Group design. He joined DLR Group in 1980 and has practiced his entire career with the firm. Under his leadership, the firm has grown from 400 employees in 12 offices to more than 1,200 employees in 30 locations around the globe. He is a chair of the AIA Large Firm Round Table and is a member of the Professional Advisory Committee at the University of Nebraska College of Architecture.

Charles Dalluge is chief operating officer and a member of the DLR Group board of directors. He collaborates with both sector and discipline leaders to implement strategies to generate growth and is responsible for leading operations in locations across the United States and internationally. He is a passionate advocate for design and serves as co-chair of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) – Association of General Contractors Joint Committee; chair of the AIA Large Firm Round Table’s COO Committee; and an Executive Board Member of the Design Futures Council. His advocacy also includes activity on Capitol Hill, lobbying and testifying on behalf of architects, engineers, planners, and interior designers; and is a featured speaker to business, government, and design groups around the world.

John Fuller strategically leads the global marketing, business development, and growth initiatives for the firm’s core market sectors as chief marketing officer. Under his leadership, DLR Group’s new fees have tripled from $106.9 million in 2009 to more than $300 million. He is a member of the firm’s board of directors. He has been instrumental in the firm’s growth strategies, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions, assisting with the integration of culture, operations, and design expertise. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects – Large Firm Roundtable Marketing Sub-Committee. John joined DLR Group in Omaha in 1986, and co-founded DLR Group’s Kansas City office in 1994. He was instrumental in the growth of the firm’s K-12 practice in the Midwest, helping school districts secure more than $2 billion in construction funding.

Steven McKay is the DLR Group’s global design leader. He guides the firm in fulfilling its vision to elevate the human experience through design as the leader of the firm’s global Design Forum, and as a member of the firm’s board of directors. He collaborates with sector and office leadership in all locations to instill DLR Group’s integrated design process in every design team. He was instrumental in DLR Group being an early adopter of the 2030 Challenge, and an initial signatory of both the AIA 2030 Commitment and the China Accord – a commitment made by design firms to plan and design all cities, towns, and buildings in China to low carbon/carbon neutral standards. Steven joined DLR Group’s Seattle office in 1996. He is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects; senior fellow and board member of the Design Futures Council, serves on the Architectural Advisory Council for the College of Design at Iowa State University; and with the AIA Large Firm Roundtable Sustainability Sub-Committee.

Audrey leads an interiors studio of more than 125 interior design professionals. She is responsible for elevating the firm’s interior design and collaborates with interiors professionals across all of the firm’s global locations to establish standards and ensure consistency across integrated design teams.

Lloyd leads the firm’s engineering practice and is a nationally recognized expert in integrated design and building optimization. He leads our full-service engineering discipline, collaborating with civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural engineering professionals to deliver design excellence for clients.

Molly is DLR Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the executive committee. She works from Minneapolis and leads an HR team responsible for benefits; compliance; equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives; performance management, and learning and development to attract design talent to the firm.

Kevin is the firm’s global practice leader and a member of the executive team. He is responsible for the means, methods and processes used by design teams at DLR Group to produce and deliver high quality designs for clients. He leads a Practice group that works with design and discipline leaders in every location to advance the process of integrated design.

Brooke is DLR Group’s chief information officer and member of the executive team. She is responsible for the delivery of business solutions through information management and technology to increase productivity and efficiency. She leads a team that tracks new technologies and product development to meet the needs of DLR Group’s integrated design teams.

Becky is DLR Group’s chief financial officer and a member of the executive committee. She is responsible for the financial operations of the firm and leads a financial services team that oversees all financial functions and reporting protocols for the firm, including international operations.

Ruairi leads the Smart Building practice at our firm. His team uses high performance design, energy modeling, advanced building simulations, and actual performance data to design smart buildings that deliver improved performance for owners and occupants. He pioneered sonrai IAQ by DLR Group, an intelligent analytics platform that collects, visualizes, and analyzes building performance data.

Patrick leads theater design as part of the firm’s Integrated Technology Design Group. Based in New York, he focuses on planning spaces and designing systems for the arts to support a wide range of performances. Patrick and his team focus on how patrons will interact with the building and how performers and technicians can ultimately use the space.

An accomplished engineer and site planner, Lana leads DLR Group’s civil engineering team. She is an expert in site selection, evaluation, and planning. Lana has a dual education in architecture and engineering, enabling her to mentor civil engineers about the process of integrated design from a unique, multidisciplinary pot of view.

William researches and directs the testing and evaluation of emerging design technologies and workflows to advance the firms’ integrated design process. He leads the Design Technology Research team within the Research & Development studio to ensure the firm’s integrated design teams are advancing design innovation and project delivery.

Roger is a passionate advocate for integrated design and high-performance buildings, particularly within the context of historic and cultural projects. His work has received two AIA COTE awards and his experience includes work at National Institute of Standards and Technology, and collaborations with the Harvard School of Public Health.

David’s work results in sustainable spaces that elevate user experiences on academic and corporate campuses, sporting venues, and mixed-use developments for clients and communities across the country. He leads a growing landscape studio which excels at master planning and facilitating community and user group meetings to build consensus for public projects.

Andy leads the marketing communications strategy for DLR Group. In this role he collaborates with firm leadership to guide the strategic evolution of the DLR Group brand including internal communications, digital strategy and presence, public relations, and national partnerships and promotions.

Chris is responsible for growing DLR Group’s Science+Technology studio to deliver healthcare lab solutions; research and teaching labs on academic campuses; and biotech, pharmaceutical, and other corporate facilities. He also ensures lab designs are adaptable for future users/programs and are safe and healthy environments for occupants.

Jonathan leads our award-winning acoustic design team. He has experience working in performing arts and museum environments to deliver the unique sensory experiences of sound for patrons of premier spaces around the globe. Jonathan is a lifelong musician, studying voice, piano, and saxophone performance, as well as music theory.

Jake leads our firm’s structural engineering team in delivering solutions for both new construction and renovation. Our firm's structural engineers are integral members of integrated design teams from planning and concept design to construction documents, through construction administration to deliver sustainable buildings in all areas of the country.

Tom is engaged in all aspects of hiring, professional development, coaching, and mentoring of the firm’s business development professionals. He is a trusted partner of all DLR Group studio leaders to ensure sector dedicated business development leaders are driving the new fee and revenue goals of DLR Group.

Shona leads DLR Group’s pioneering High Performance Design practice. With designers located in multiple locations, her team leverages energy modeling, building simulations, and research driven performance data to elevate design and help designers understand the interaction between building design, mechanical systems, and the environment.

Brian collaborates with developers, real estate brands, and local city officials and influencers to reimagine retail, housing, and office as equitable mixed-use developments to reenergize urban environments. Based in Los Angeles, he has more than 30 years of experience in the intricacies of mixed-use design and leads teams in the U.S., Dubai, and Shanghai.

Don was named a Power Player by Sports Business Journal for his influence in the industry and is one of the most respected sports architects in the country. He excels in leading professional and collegiate clients through the planning process to identify design-centered solutions to elevate the athlete and fan experience.

Jim leads DLR Group's Global K-12 Education Studio and is one of the most respected K-12 designers in the United States. His vision for education design is to empowering learners through a forward-looking, research-informed design focus that delivers transformational opportunity for students, teachers, and ultimately communities.

Denis leads DLR Group’s Transportation sector. His experience spans rail station design, airport expansions and renovations, ferry terminals, and other specialized transit-oriented development. He provides clients a depth of unique experience in coordinating and advancing large public transportation projects.

Phillip leads a Healthcare practice that provides comprehensive, innovative design solutions that that enhance the ability of providers to deliver patient care. He is a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects and a member of the American College of Healthcare Architects. His clients include the Cleveland Clinic, Veterans Administration, and The Ohio State University.

Michael is DLR Group’s federal market leader. He interfaces with a variety of government agencies to design and deliver large, complex Federal projects around the world. Based in Washington, D.C., he has more than 25 years of experience as a senior architect for the Department of State and has managed the design of embassies in Moscow, Rome, Paris, and Madrid.

Based in Seattle, Jeremy leads the firm’s Workplace sector. He serves as a lead designer for many of the DLR Group’s global technology clients, including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. Jeremy leads studios in all DLR Group locations to deliver workplaces that work for public and private sector clients.

Stu collaborates with design and planning experts to set the strategic direction and grow the firm’s higher education sector. He has served higher education clients almost exclusively throughout his career. As university campuses evolve, he is collaborating with design teams and clients to explore how space and design can positively elevate learning.

Darrell has dedicating his career to the design of justice facilities that elevate behavioral, environmental, and social betterment, resulting in healing, equity, and transformation for the individual and community. He understands the special needs of the users of justice and law enforcement facilities and the crucial role of these building types in local communities.

Paul directs the firm’s Cultural+Performing Arts studio collaborating with a diverse range of clients, including Broadway producers; premier performing arts centers, orchestras, and conservatories of music; major museums; and academic arts institutions. He has cultivated a team of designers and technicians specializing in the arts that has developed an internationally recognized portfolio of award-winning design.

Ed leads the hospitality studio, leveraging a team of designers and architects who believe inspired design can evoke an emotional response. He empowers teams to create authentic spaces that enhance the guest experience and build brand loyalty.

Andy joined DLR Group in 1995 and is a member of the firm's senior leadership team. He is the Southeast Region Leader, responsible for operations across 13 states and offices in Orlando, Austin, Dallas, Houston and Kansas City.

Matt is the Northeast Region Leader, directing operations for offices in Cleveland, New York, and Washington, D.C. Matt specialized in Performing Arts and his significant projects include the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts on the site of the 1969 Woodstock Music and Arts Festival; Oberlin College Conservatory of Music which consistently ranks as one of the top five conservatories in the U.S.; and the El Dorado Entertainment District in downtown El Dorado, Arkansas.

Curtis leads firm operations, client services, and staff professional development for DLR Group's offices in Des Moines, Iowa; and Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska. Curtis also is an adept client leader and a member of the K-12 Studio in Nebraska, guiding school districts through all phases of project development. His design work impacts thousands of students and teachers every day in schools throughout the Midwest.

Scott is DLR Group's Northwest Region Leader, with executive responsibility for firm operations and client services. Since beginning his career in 1981, Scott has grown a passion for leading with integrated project teams and ensuring all team members have the support and resources they need to create success for clients.

Lihong directs all DLR Group operations in Asia. He joined the firm in 2013 to establish the Shanghai office. He is responsible for growing DLR Group’s presence with developers and commercial, cultural, and education clients in China.

Peter has more than 20 years of experience in the architectural field, focusing for the past decade on the design of complex and high-profile performing arts centers for professional and higher education clients. His design approach focuses on fostering collaboration, engaging personally on projects, listening to client needs, assessing project programs, giving design form, and delivering inspiring solutions.

Jamal is responsible for design and client services throughout the Middle East, leading operations from the DLR Group Dubai office. He has practiced extensively in the Middle East, leading the successful delivery of high-profile projects in Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.  

Pam is an award-winning architect with expertise in delivery of civic and institutional facilities. A passionate proponent of the architecture profession, she has held numerous AIA leadership positions at the local, regional and national levels, including president of the AIA California Council and as California regional director for AIA.

Kate leads the North Central region. Her strong communication and management skills engage stakeholders and facilitate discussions to build consensus around project visions.
