The Portland Building renovation utilizes a rainscreen envelope to improve building performance.

The historic second floor lobby of the Portland Building holds Raymond Kaskey's competition-winning model of the Portland Statue.

The 5th Avenue elevation of the building features a double-height glass volume and an AI-generated, 3D-printed sculpture by Refik Anadol.

The perimeter of the second floor now reveals natural light and views onto neighboring buildings.

A conference room for city employees overlooks the iconic Portlandia statue.

Each workplace floor features a cafe for city employees along the perimeter of the building to maximize access to natural light.

The 15th floor of the reconstructed Portland Building offers alternative work settings and meeting areas for city and government employees to collaborate.
