Based in Los Angeles, he has more than 30 years of experience in the intricacies of mixed-use design and leads teams in the U.S., Dubai, and Shanghai.

Chris has worked around the world on large-scale design and development projects, including master planning and design for new communities and towns; urban neighborhood development and regeneration; and high-profile headquarters and high-rise buildings. He emphasizes livability, workability, sustainability, and economic viability in alignment with the owners' and clients' goals.

Jose is a Mixed-Use Design Leader with over 19 years of extensive international and domestic project experience. He has a passion for design, and has a vision for design excellence, client satisfaction, and encouraging best practices. Jose works with the Mixed-Use studio to heighten the design quality to implement current retail trends into projects and develop new and innovative concepts.

Matt is the National Business Development Leader for the Mixed-Use Sector. With nearly 15 years in the industry, he has developed a deep understanding of urban design & placemaking strategies and how they are applied to best practices in mixed-use, retail, entertainment and hospitality design and development.

Mark brings over 30 years of experience in multiple market sectors. Having led DLR Group’s office in Dubai for several years, he brings extensive knowledge in managing complex retail and mixed-use projects, and working with diverse, large project teams across the United States. Mark is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and Middle East Council of Shopping Centers.

Sean's work experience ranges from retail centers to commercial, public, and residential mixed-use projects. His attention to detail combined with excellent project management skills complement an innate sense of creativity in the design of aesthetically attractive, story-driven projects that engage and evoke a sense of welcome and belonging.

As an experienced interior design professional, Lisa has had the opportunity to lead teams on both intimate and large scale projects. Lisa leads design teams to create exceptional design, delivery, and operational performance on every project. Through integrated architecture and interiors, the use of natural materials, and the incorporation of daylight and biophilic features, Lisa’s passion is to enhance the experience, health, and wellness of users.

Nick is a business development leader in our Des Moines office.

Jamal is responsible for design and client services throughout the Middle East, leading operations from the DLR Group Dubai office. He has practiced extensively in the Middle East, leading the successful delivery of high-profile projects in Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
