“Shanghai Long Beach Observation Tower was my first project at DLR Group. It’s going to be a great public building for the citizens of Shanghai with a 120-meter office tower, a 360-key 5 Star hotel, a 180-meter observation tower, a 1,200-seat concert hall, and 9,000 square meters of retail with an aquarium. We say we ‘elevate human experience through design,’ and we worked to do that from the very first sketch.”
