Elevating A Boutique Destination
The Dream Las Vegas design features a 525-luxury guestroom hotel tower perched over three sprawling levels of dynamic gaming, dining, and nightlife venues. These stacked layers shift and undulate vertically to break down the large scale of the building and provide an elevated series of roof decks to offer new and dramatic views of the strip and desert landscape beyond.
Breaking Bad
The evolution of the traditional hotel block and how our design team sheared and twisted the architectural massing to craft a unique environmentally responsive solution. Daylighting, sculptural drama, and an elevated one-of-a-kind roof venue began to take shape.
Biomimicry
Design solutions inspired by the native cactus and landforms give the architectural fenestration its unique appearance. Undulating lines trace the hotel tower and add a sophisticated texture that plays with the desert sun.
Design for Discovery
Dream Hotels represents an elevated and experiential approach to hospitality. Developing the circulation and programming closely with the brand design team led to a series of levels intimately choreographed as guests explore the nine different entrainment and food and beverage venues throughout the hotel.
